- Review and underwrite second charge mortgage applications in line with company policies.
- Verify documentation and request additional information as needed.
- Update customer records with precision.
- Assess applicants' circumstances to ensure fair lending decisions.
- Communicate clearly with customers and stakeholders.
- Meet KPIs and performance targets.
- Annual salary of £32,500 plus bonus.
