This role involves working on a part-time temporary contract, with availability on evenings and weekends.

1. You should have availability to work based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, and reliably attend scheduled work in line with local laws and accommodations.
2. Ability to deliver excellent customer experiences in a dynamic environment and enjoy personal interaction.
3. Strong interest in technology, particularly Apple products, with the ability to learn new products and features quickly.
4. Excellent communication skills to converse comfortably with both small groups and individual customers.
5. Ability to personalize solutions based on customer needs and communicate them effectively.
6. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, supporting multiple customers simultaneously.
