Job Summary

We are looking to recruit a seasonal labourer to join our small team for the 2026 growing season.

Responsibilities

The role will involve assisting in all aspects of crop production and harvest of a wide range of Organic fruit and vegetable crops. Harvesting of soft fruit will be a key part of this role.

Qualifications

Basic training will be given to successful applicants, but we emphasize that this is a labouring position rather than a training position. Previous experience of Organic horticulture at a commercial scale is essential. Physical fitness and ability to work in all weather conditions is essential.

Contract Details

Length of contract - 7 months, beginning of April till end of October.
