Seasonal Customer Care Specialist (Evenings & Weekends)

Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew is seeking a Seasonal Customer Support Assistant to deliver world-class service to visitors across multiple channels. The role is office-based with some front-of-house duties and is centred on October to January seasonal events.

Shifts run 9am-9pm on-site at Kew, 4 fixed-term contracts of 26 hours per week, typically 5 shifts (5.2 hours each) with a 30-minute break. Prioritising, calm under pressure and strong IT skills are essential for success.
