Position Overview

We are looking for Commis Waiters to assist our Glasshouse restaurant team in the upcoming busy season.

The on target earning potential for this Commis Waiter role is £29,620.86 per annum based on a 40 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £25,460.86, plus a qualified estimate of £4,000 in gratuities and service charge .

Role Responsibilities

• As a Commis Waiter, you'll be helping to deliver a warm and memorable dining experience for every guest who visits The Glasshouse restaurant.
• Your main focus will be helping to serve food and beverages throughout the day-covering breakfast, lunch, and dinner services-with a commitment to excellence.
• You'll take pride in every task, playing an essential role as part of our Food & Beverage team, ensuring that the space is always set up for success.
• Whether addressing guest inquiries with care or resolving any concerns with a positive attitude, you'll help create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintaining the highest standards of service and presentation will be key, particularly during our busy lunch and dinner periods.
• Additionally, your focus in team work will contribute to enhancing the overall guest experience, ensuring that every interaction is warm, professional, and memorable.

Gratuities and Service Charge

• Gratuities (tips) are paid on a pro rata basis regardless of your role.
• It is estimated that in 2026, our full time employees can expect to receive in the range of £4,000 in addition to their annual salary.
