Seasonal Chef - Creative Kitchen Leader

Absolute Taste is seeking an experienced Chef to join our busy kitchen team. This 160-seat Restaurant / Coffee Shop inside Fenwick Canterbury serves Classic Seasonal British cuisine and signature dishes.

You will follow rotational menus, support the Sous Chef and Head Chef, supervise the kitchen team, maintain high standards of food safety, and manage stock to minimise waste. This is a 0 hour contract covering summer holidays, with weekend and weekday availability required.
