Role overview

As part of our friendly team of motivated Tutors, you will work with learners studying at E2 to Level 1, aged 19 to 25, with disabilities including complex physical disabilities, learning disabilities, autism spectrum condition, and acquired brain injury.

You need to hold your teaching qualification / QTS to deliver high-quality individual programmes of education and life skills sessions, aiming to maximize learning, independence, and wellbeing.

Multi-disciplinary collaboration will be essential to ensure students maximize their learning and independence, preparing them for life after college. You will liaise with staff, external professionals, and families, supporting transition planning and monitoring learner progress.

The role requires excellent communication, creativity, proactivity, forward-thinking, and strong organizational skills.

Salary

The full-time equivalent salary is £31,559.45 - £36,294.06 FTE, paid pro-rata at 0.4 FTE for the academic year.
