Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Prospecting:

  • Initiate cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads. Use your charm and communication skills to spark interest and build relationships from the first contact.

Cold Calling Execution:

  • Conduct cold calls to qualified leads provided by the Marketing and/or Sales team. Spark interest and identify initial opportunities by understanding the prospect's pain points and evaluating their fit with Piper.

Lead Qualification:

  • Follow structured scripts to assess the needs, interest, and fit of leads. You'll qualify prospects based on their fit with our ideal customer profile and guide them through the next steps of the process.

Collaboration with Sales Team:

  • Work closely with Account Executives (AEs) to schedule discovery and demo calls. Your smooth handoffs will ensure a seamless transition and continued relationship-building.

Tracking & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). You'll report on key metrics like outreach volume, conversion rates, and progress towards targets.



Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Bilingual candidates are highly preferred!
  • Experience in outbound sales or lead generation, ideally within the SaaS or tech industry.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce to manage leads, track interactions, and report on progress.
  • Strong communication skills - you know how to start a conversation, keep it going, and build rapport.
  • Resilience and the ability to bounce back from rejection. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain focused on hitting your targets.
