Scrummaster

For a big client of ours are we looking for a new and experienced Scrum Master. This client is a cooperative bank with over 8.5 million customers. They are committed to making the world a better place through large and small initiatives that support local enterprises and non-profit organizations. They contribute to the welfare and prosperity of the community and are seeking a Scrum Master to join their Online department.

Job Description:

We are looking for an Agile Scrum Master with experience in DevOps teams who can act as a coach to join the Online department of this client's IT Base. The Scrum Master will work with two to three squads and communicate in both English and Dutch. You will be working in the area of Business Banking, part of tribe Digital Platform. The Scrum Master will be responsible for coaching team members in the Agile way of working, facilitating in area strategy, and goals and KPI setting.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a coach and change agent to enable fast delivery and reliable operations for your squads;
• Coach your squads to think ahead, act proactively and grow in maturity;
• Participate in the squad triangle, on equal footing with the Product Owner and Solution Architect;
• Solve organizational impediments at the area level and influence all kinds of stakeholders to work better together;
• Work closely with the group of Scrum Masters to support and develop the area as a whole.

Requirements:

• Multiple years of experience in Agile work environments, IT, and DevOps;
• Must have excellent written and verbal English skills, Dutch is wishful;
• Good knowledge of different coaching and agile techniques/frameworks;
• Experienced in finding the balance between fast delivery and robust operations;
• Capable of helping the teams to higher levels of autonomy;
• Able to influence all kinds of stakeholders to work better together;

• This assignment is placed in scale 10;
• All submitted candidates must be in possession of a valid Passport or ID card;
