SCRUM Master/Delivery Manager

SCRUM Master/Delivery Manager - 2months + - Remote - Start ASAP

For our international client, we are looking for an experienced SCRUM Master/Agile Coach/Delivery Manager.
Your main task is to support the client in driving the agile transformation across the business and to coach the teams on agile best practice and agile excellence.

You are responsible for the delivery of 2 teams and will support prioritize, plan and deliver tasks.

Tasks:
* Act as SCRUM Master/Agile Coach
* Act as Delivery Manager across 2 teams
* Drive agile transformation across the business
* Lead multiple agile teams (approx. 15 people across 2 teams)
* Support Agile teams with prioritization and work planning
* Active communication to IT and Business stakeholders
* Facilitate key Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews
* Coach and mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and engineering team
* Champion DevOps, CI/CD, and technical agility best practices
* Coach junior Scrum Masters
* Best practice advise on agile practices
* Drive continues improvement

Requirements:
* Long-term project experience as SCRUM Master (5 years +)
* Project experience as Coach/Mentor/Lead
* Experience as Delivery Manager
* Experience in leading multiple agile teams (approx. 15 people across 2 teams or more)
* Project experience in agile transformation projects
* Experience with Agile frameworks such as SCRUM, SAFe, Kanban
* Project experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Miro
* Strong knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile technical practices, improving development speed and quality
* Proven experience with different Agile scaling frameworks such as SAFe, Spotify Model or LeSS (1 or more)
* Experience in international organisations
* Certifications (CSM, PSM II, SAFe Advanced Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, ICP-ACC) - nice to have
* Fluency in English

Project details:
* Start: December
* Duration: 2 months (+ option to extend) - long-term assignment
* Workload: 5 days per week
* Location: Mainly remote, some on site work for Workshops in Germany may be required once a quarter
* Languages: Fluency in English
