Job Title: Scrum Master (DV Clearance Essential)

Location: Central London (Hybrid)

Contract: Inside IR35

Rate: £550 per day

About the Role:

We're seeking a proactive Scrum Master with DV Clearance to lead Agile practices and drive successful project delivery. You'll facilitate ceremonies, track progress, and maintain clear communication between teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
• Track progress using Agile tools and produce reports.
• Act as the key liaison between teams and stakeholders.
• Identify, manage, and resolve risks/issues promptly.
• Coach the team on Agile methodologies and maintain sprint focus.

Requirements:

• DV Clearance (Mandatory)
• 3+ years managing Agile IT projects.
• Proficiency in Agile project management tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-driven and adaptable.
