Scrum Master - (SAP Projects)

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in managing SAP projects and leading cross-functional IT teams. If you have a passion for driving agile practices, resolving complex challenges, and enabling high-performing teams, this opportunity is for you.

Key Requirements:

• 5 to 7 years of experience managing complex IT projects and teams.
• Prior experience managing SAP projects.
• Excellent communication and servant leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Proven organizational skills with the ability to navigate complexity.
• SAFe Scrum Master certification is an advantage.

Details:

• Start: 6th April 2026
• Duration: 31st December 2026 + possible extension
• Location: EMEA
• Onsite/Remote: Mainly remote with occasional travel for eg go-lives, workshops
• Language: English
