Actual Annual Salary: £9,923 - £10,815
Based on hours and weeks worked
Full Time Equivalent Salary: £26,798 - £29,208 (CLF Grade B) Based on full time hours, all year round.
Contract Type: Permanent, Part Time
Hours: Part time, 16 hours per week, Term Time only plus + 5 Inset Days
Working Pattern: We can be flexible with the hours and days worked - happy to discuss at interview.

We are looking for a Science Technician to join our supportive and talented team at Hans Price Academy in Weston super Mare. We are a diverse multi-academy trust, looking for professional and ambitious people, with a passion for transforming our students' learning.
About You- Practical experience of understanding and following processes and procedures.
- Experience of using, cleaning, maintaining, and ensuring the safety of specialist equipment.
- Educated to a minimum of A Level standard in science and/or equivalent experience in science such as laboratory experience.
- Hold a relevant vocational qualification e.g. COSHH and/or have knowledge of safe working practices in relation to the handling and usage of hazardous equipment and tools which may include knowledge of COSHH regulations and/or CLEAPPS guidance.
- Confident use of IT systems relevant to the post.
- Good standard of written and verbal communication skills.
- Good general administration skills.
