School Sous Chef - Lead Kitchen, Menu & Nutrition

Sodexo Group in Edinburgh is looking for an experienced Chef to assist the Executive Chef in delivering high-quality meals in a school environment. Responsibilities include maintaining food standards, supervising staff, and managing the kitchen in the Executive Chef's absence.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, strong communication skills, and knowledge of food safety and allergen legislation. A permanent contract of 40 hours per week is offered along with competitive pay and benefits.
