School Site Manager: Hands-On Leader with Flexible Shifts

Whitelands Academy in Bicester is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join our facilities team. The role is full-time (37 hours per week, all year round) on a permanent contract, with a salary in the Grade L band (£27,274-£31,014). Start: ASAP.

You will play a hands-on role, ensuring site safety, maintenance, and smooth operation during peak periods. We value a can-do attitude, strong numeracy and literacy, and prior experience in a school or similar environment.
