Job Title: SEN Teacher Brick Lane School, London E2 6DY Salary: Up to £51,000 per annum (depending on experience, not pro rata) Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm Contract: Permanent Term Time Only Are you a passionate and creative SEN Teacher looking for a role where you can truly make a difference? Plan and deliver engaging, personalised lessons that inspire pupils and enable them to achieve meaningful progress. Adapt teaching to meet a wide range of learning needs, supporting pupils academically, socially and emotionally. Develop and review Individual Education Plans (IEPs), behaviour plans and personalised learning pathways. Monitor, assess and celebrate pupil progress, using assessment to inform future learning. Work collaboratively with Learning Support Assistants, therapists, families and the wider multidisciplinary team to provide consistent, holistic support. Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive classroom environment where every pupil feels valued and able to succeed. Champion safeguarding and pupil wellbeing, ensuring every child has the opportunity to flourish. Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification. Has experience working with children or young people with SEN, SEMH or complex needs (desirable). Has experience in EYFS and using multi-sensory teaching approaches (desirable). Is creative, patient and adaptable, with the ability to build strong, trusting relationships. Is passionate about inclusive education and committed to helping every pupil reach their full potential.
