School Improvement Consultant - SEN School, London

Panoramic Associates is partnered with an SEN school in London, who are seeking an experienced and impact driven School Improvement Consultant to start as soon as possible.

This is a key role supporting rapid and sustainable school improvement, working closely with the Headteacher and senior leadership team to strengthen teaching, learning, outcomes, and leadership capacity across the school.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and guidance on whole school improvement
• Support and challenge senior leaders to drive standards and accountability
• Prepare the school for inspection readiness
• Proven track record of successful school improvement work
• Strong understanding of SEND provision and statutory requirements
• Experience in leadership within SEN or specialist settings

Remuneration & Working Hours

This role is paid on a day rate, between 3 5 days per week depending on the successful candidate. A DBS on the updated service is preferable but not essential.
