School HR Manager - ER & Change Leader

Baltimore Consulting is seeking a Human Resources Manager (Schools) on a 6 Month Contract with a September 2026 start. The role is based in the North West of England with hybrid working and a daily rate of £400-£450,Inside IR35 via umbrella.

You will provide expert advice to Headteachers and Governors on complex employee relations, organisational change and workforce planning, shaping HR policy and training across a portfolio of schools.
