School Cleaner

About The Role

The days and hours: Monday - Friday 15:00 - 17:15 (42 weeks per year / term time only)

Hourly Rate - £12.74

Location: Hinckley, Leicestershire, LE100TB

Although the role is for less than 52 weeks per year, your pay will be spread out evenly so you receive a payment every month.

What you'll be doing

• Dedicate your site time to going the extra mile and seamlessly meeting the needs of Atlas' clients.
• Undergo induction at the start of your contract and receive training within your first week to deliver the cleaning specification and use the equipment.
• Provide a high standard of customer care throughout your shift.
• Handle site based equipment and cleaning materials (you will receive full training).
• Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
• Empty all litter bins into appropriate waste and recycling containers.
• Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
• Maintain health and safety standards and engage fully with Atlas' safety training.
• Work within a supportive team that goes the extra mile.

About You

• An attitude to thrive and cleaning experience (we can fully train you from scratch if you match our positive and thoughtful approach). A passion for cleaning would be a plus!
• Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
• A basic level of spoken English for safety communication and interacting with members of the public and the management team at our client's site.
• Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
• A right to work in the UK (please bring your evidence to the interview); this applies to both UK and non UK nationals.
• Requirement for a DBS or enhanced DBS check.
• Two satisfactory references required as part of the recruitment process.
