Job Description
About the Role

Days and hours: Monday - Friday 16:00 - 18:45

Hourly rate: £12.71

Location: Weymouth, Dorset, DT3 5AL

Responsibilities
  • Dedicate time on site to go the extra mile and seamlessly meet the needs of Atlas' clients.
  • Inducted at the start of your contract with training delivered within the first week; learn how to deliver the cleaning specification and use the equipment.
  • Provide a high standard of customer care across different shift hours.
  • Handle site-based equipment and cleaning materials (full training provided).
  • Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
  • Empty litter bins into appropriate waste and recycling containers.
  • Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
  • Maintain health and safety standards at all times; receive full preparation and guidance.
  • Work within a team that goes the extra mile.

Qualifications
  • Attitude to thrive and cleaning experience, or willingness to learn from scratch if you match our positive and thoughtful approach.
  • Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
  • Basic level of spoken English for safety communication and interaction with members of the public and management at the client's site.
  • Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
  • Right to work in the UK (bring evidence to the interview); applies to both UK and non UK nationals.
  • Requirement of an enhanced DBS check for the role.
  • Two satisfactory references required as part of the recruitment process.
