An experienced Full-Time School Administrator is required for a primary school in Aylesbury, with a September/October start date, working 5 days per week.

The school is looking for an organised and reliable administrator who has previous experience working in a school environment, strong SIMS experience, and is confident managing admissions, data input and deadline-driven administrative tasks.

The ideal School Administrator will have:

• Previous experience working in a school environment
• Previous experience in school administration
• Strong SIMS knowledge and experience
• Experience dealing with school admissions
• Experience managing deadline-driven admissions processes
• Excellent data input and data management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet strict deadlines
• Strong communication and liaising skills
• Experience preparing reports and maintaining accurate records
• Excellent people skills and a professional telephone manner
• Ability to work independently and as part of a busy school team

The Administrator will be offered a full-time contract for the remainder of the academic year, with the position to be reviewed and discussed towards the end of the academic year.
