School Administrator roles for experienced education professionals with 1+ years' experience using SIMS, Bromcom or Arbor.

School Administrator required for education settings in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. We are looking for experienced school office professionals with at least one year's experience using SIMS, Bromcom or Arbor.

Who we are looking for This is an opportunity for an experienced school administrator who understands the pace, processes and responsibilities involved in working within an education setting.You should be confident dealing with staff, parents, pupils and external contacts, while being able to manage competing priorities throughout the school day.

Typical responsibilities may include:

• Maintaining accurate pupil records and school databases


• Using SIMS, Bromcom or Arbor on a daily basis


• Managing attendance information


• Responding to parent and staff enquiries


• Producing letters, reports and general correspondence


• Supporting admissions and pupil records


• Maintaining confidential information


• Providing general administrative support to the wider school office

Essential experience

You must have at least one year's direct experience working within a school or education setting and be confident using SIMS, Bromcom or Arbor.Strong communication, organisation and IT skills are essential. You should be comfortable working independently, dealing with confidential information and responding professionally when priorities change.
