About this job Package Description School Administrator- Full-time 40hrs a week Purpose of the Role To provide efficient and effective administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the school office and support the wider school community.
We are a small independent school which supports KS2 and KS3 students that may have previously experienced difficulties accessing in their education.
We are committed to ensuring that all students learn and are engaged in the appropriate programme of study, which allows them to successfully re-engage with education and to achieve their very best outcomes.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily office operations including reception duties, telephone and email communications.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date pupil and staff records in compliance with data protection regulations.
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events, supporting school leadership and staff.
Assist with the preparation of reports, correspondence, and documentation as required.
Support the administration of admissions, attendance monitoring, and pupil welfare processes.
Assist with basic financial administration such as invoicing, ordering supplies, and managing petty cash.
RequirementsRelevant administrative or secretarial qualifications or experience.
Proven experience in office administration and customer service Awareness of data protection, safeguarding, and confidentiality requirements.
Excellent organisational, communication, and IT skills.
