Job Description - Scheme Manager - Residential (26529)
Location: Dingles Court (Pinner, London)
Contract: Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw)
Pay: £27,082 per annum plus great benefits including Health Cash Plan. This role is live in and includes a property onsite on a rent-free basis.
This role does not offer a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS).

This is a great job opportunity to join our leasehold retirement team as live-in Scheme Manager. You will help residents live independently and enjoy their retirement by ensuring the smooth running of our retirement community, managing the buildings, and supporting customers to live independently in their own homes.
Responsibilities- Manage the scheme on behalf of our residents, ensuring that buildings are safe, secure and meet required safety standards.
- Provide visibility on the scheme, engage with customers, respond to calls and provide a warm, safe and welcoming environment.
- Ensure communal areas are clean, safe and welcoming. Residents like to socialise in our communal spaces, so you will support this as appropriate.
- Work with partner contractors for repairs and maintenance in communal living areas; you may also support sourcing suitable local suppliers.
- Signpost customers to relevant services to support their welfare and improve their lives.
- Support our sales team when a new property becomes available, interview potential customers and provide a warm welcome as new customers move in.

You have- A passion for providing excellent customer service and the ability to build great relationships with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Knowledge of health and social issues affecting older people.
- Some experience in safeguarding and conducting risk assessments.
- Able to work collaboratively with different partners.
- Strong administrative skills to manage accounts, budgets and invoicing for repairs to buildings, communal areas and gardens.
- A self-starter who can work largely independently.
- There may be some flexibility to adapt working hours; please discuss at interview.
- We work Monday to Friday, but occasional evenings may be needed to support customers.
- You must be able to use technology to update records, complete online learning and collaborate with colleagues.
- An Enhanced DBS check is required and we pay for it.
