Location: Boston Spa (FREE parking ) Pay: £12.60 per hour (PAYE) Client: National Institution Start: IMMEDIATE Contract: Ongoing Temporary Booking Full time Mon to Fri 8-4

Job Purpose

• Produce high-quality scanned images in line with customer orders and project requirements .

What You'll Be Doing

• Work as part of a supportive team to scan a variety of materials (theses, journals, newspapers etc.) • Ensure all items are scanned to agreed quality standards • Liaise with Imaging Technicians to resolve queries • Retrieve, handle and re-shelve items safely following conservation standards • Maintain accurate stats of all work completed • Support team meetings, briefings and safe working practices• Use scanners and PCs confidently (full training provided) • Help in other areas when required and show willingness to learn

Additional Info

• Role involves extended periods of sitting or standing depending on equipment• Some lifting may be required• All work carried out in line with Health & Safety and Conservation Standards
