Scandinavia and Nordic Travel Consultant

Required for this well-establishedleading Worldwide travel company who provide an exclusive service to their clients, this Travel Consultant role is specialising in booking tailormade holidays to Scandinavia and Nordic. This can be either hybrid or home-based with a minimum of one day a month in the London office.

Scandinavia and Nordic Travel Consultant, Responsibilities

• For each client, obtain an effective and detailed written brief to enable you to match and exceed the needs of the client.
• Exceptional destination knowledge of Europe and Scandinavia
• Offer high levels of customer service throughout the sales and after sales process
• Build relationships with clients to ensure repeat business

Scandinavia and Nordic Travel Consultant, Skills Required

• Previous experience at a well establish touroperator or travel agent
• Strong destination knowledge of Scandinavia / Nordic
• As theTravel Consultant exceptional product knowledge of premium leisure products (best destinations hotels, villas, travel experiences throughout the world) would be a huge advantage
• Working GDS experience, preferred Amadeus
• Excellent communication skills capable of dealing with high end customers

Scandinavia and Nordic Travel Consultant, Additional information

• Homebased with 1 day a month in the office in London or hybrid with their office in London
• Working hours - Mon - Fri shifts between 09.00-19.00 and1 Saturday a month
