Mandatory Skills

1. Defining project requirements
2. Delivered various types of projects through the full project lifecycle, including ICT infrastructure, application development, testing, and release
3. Familiar with methodologies such as Prince2, Agile, Safe
4. Managed project agreement processes with the Project Board or project assurance roles
5. Managed project delivery in partnership with the customer and business line, ensuring acceptance, closure, and handover to service
6. Operated within defined working practices, ensuring compliance with local project management policies and procedures
7. Gathered status reports from team members and addressed issues
8. Established reporting KPIs through Highlight Reports and stage assessments
9. Managed project risks with effective planning and risk assessments
10. Ensured formal review procedures were followed
11. Managed risks related to project deliverables
12. Integrated financial data across multiple projects
13. Monitored project impact on Business Line Profit & Loss and signed off on contingency usage
14. Tracked project costs and supported Business Units in meeting payment milestones
15. Ensured milestone achievements were signed off and invoices raised
