Matchtech seeks a PMO Resource Manager to lead demand analysis, capacity planning and resource governance. The role is based in Whiteley, Fareham, Hampshire, with 3 days onsite weekly, on a 6-month contract and £550-£600 per day umbrella. SC clearance is required to start; BPSS acceptable.
