We're seeking a skilled Penetration for a 6 month rolling contract starting in the New Year. The role is hybrid (3 days on site, 2 days remote) at a client site near Reading.

• Duration: 6 months initially, with rolling extension potential
• Start: As soon as onboarding is complete (SC clearance required - more on this below)

This role involves conducting comprehensive technical assessments, identifying vulnerabilities in IT infrastructure, applications, and networks using manual and automated techniques (tools like Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nmap), producing high-quality reports with clear remediation recommendations, and contributing to broader security consultancy projects.

• Active SC clearance
• Proven 2 or 3 years in penetration testing
• CHECK Team Member (CTM) qualification (CREST or CyberScheme)
• Strong experience with Azure cloud pentesting (plus AWS is a bonus)
• Proficiency in penetration testing tools, OS (Windows/ NIX), network configuration, firewalls/IDS/IPS, and security standards (GDPR, ISO27001, PCI DSS)
• Excellent communication skills for reporting to non technical stakeholders
