SC Cleared Lead Delivery Manager - Major on-prem to cloud migration programme

6 month initial contract with very likely extension

Starting ASAP with a 2 week onboarding process

£580 per day Outside IR35

3 days p/w in Southern Greater Manchester, 2 days p/w from home

For this role you MUST have an active SC Clearance that has been used in the past 12 months.

iO Associates are working on an exclusive basis for an SME consultancy who is looking for additional support to join their programme with one of their longest standing clients.

This role is a business critical requirement due to the size of the task.

Responsibilities

• Leading Matrix teams of both end-client and consultancy headcount
• Holding responsibility for the secure transfer of large data sets to multiple cloud-hosting environments
• Ensuring the continued access of critical data during the entirity of the programme
• Working to government-mandated deadlines for the decommissioning of Data centres
• A combination of Oracle OCI, Microsoft Azure and AWS cloud environments

Soft skills

• Efficiently analyse and identify problems
• Confidently present to, and build trusting relationships with key stakeholders
• Be a self-starter who doesn't need direction and can confidently lead the team through Delivery
• Be down to earth and understand that it's important to hear the full requirements of the role before deciding if it's a good fit etc.
