Senior Azure DevOps Engineer | SC Cleared | Inside IR35

6 Month Contract

Hybrid - occasional requirement to be in the office as and when needed

We are seeking an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer to join our high profile public sector client on an initial 6 month contract.

The right candidate will be have extensive experience with IaC and will be working on migration of apps within azure, modernising ways of working,

You would be working with product teams to migrate their apps and modernise along the way, so good knowledge of moving from Microsoft WAF to CAF, Azure Policy and good awareness of azure components that could impact a migration are important.

Will also be working to identify capability gaps in the product team to ensure they take on new ways of working and are signposted to relevant training to maintain their apps after migration. will be working with terraform, Artifactory, Github, and Backstage.

Essential Criteria

• Experience of operating platforms in a controlled environment with strict change control.
• Experience in managing and working with Kubernetes environments and observability tools.
• Experience working with terraform, Artifactory, Github, and Backstage.
• Experience with Azure monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
• Expert Microsoft Azure and CAF knowledge.
• Previous experience as an SRE desirable
• Microsoft Azure administration skills/certification.
