SC Cleared - CTO/Head of Platform Engineering

iO's client, a leading consultancy in the cloud space with a strong presence in the Defence & Intelligence sectors, are looking for an SC cleared Head of Platform/CTO who can drive the customers cloud output.

- Define and deliver the technology strategy aligned with public sector priorities, policies, and compliance.

- Lead end-to-end delivery of secure, reliable digital and cloud solutions for government services.

- Oversee governance, risk, and regulatory compliance, including cybersecurity and data protection.

- Build strong relationships with public sector stakeholders, translating technical solutions into business outcomes.

- Drive innovation by adopting emerging technologies to modernize services and improve citizen experience.

- Manage vendor and partner ecosystems to ensure value, transparency, and accountability.

- Develop and lead high-performing technology teams with a focus on cloud expertise and public service values.

The role will be paying in the region of £110,000 - £130,000 depending on experience.
