SATS Intervention Specialist

Milk Education are looking to recruit dedicated Teaching Assistants with a strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and experience supporting SATs preparation As a SATs Intervention Specialist, you will play a key role in helping pupils reach their full potential by:

• Delivering targeted literacy and numeracy interventions, both in small groups and on a 1:1 basis
• Supporting pupils in developing and mastering the key skills required for SATs success
• Working collaboratively with class teachers, Year 6 teams and senior leadership to monitor and track progress
• Planning and delivering focused booster sessions in line with the KS2 curriculum
• Building pupils' confidence, resilience and readiness ahead of their SATs assessments

We are looking for candidates who:

• Are a qualified teacher or an experienced KS2 Teaching Assistant
• Have a strong understanding of Year 6 SATs expectations and curriculum requirements
• Can deliver structured, engaging and effective intervention sessions
• Are proactive, organised and passionate about improving outcomes for learners
