Your Skills
- Extensive experience with SAP VIM (Vendor Invoice Management)
- Very good knowledge of the invoice processing (Accounts Payable) and accounts payable accounting processes
- Experience in analysing and optimizing SAP VIM processes and workflows
- Knowledge of incident management, error analysis, and service request management
- Experience in functional support as well as in collaborating with business departments and technical support teams
- Understanding of SAP ERP integration, particularly in the areas of Finance, Accounts Payable, and Procurement
- Experience in stakeholder management, user consulting, and training
- Analytical and solution-oriented approach to work, combined with strong communication skills

Your Tasks
- Support, maintenance, and optimization of SAP VIM solutions in day-to-day operations
- Analysis and resolution of incidents, service requests, and functional issues
- Supporting business departments throughout the invoice processing and approval process
- Monitoring and analysis of document processing, workflows, and exception handling
- Identifying optimization opportunities in invoice validation and approval processes
- Defining functional requirements and coordinating with SAP development and technical support teams
- Providing consulting on SAP VIM configurations, such as Coding Blocks, approval workflows, business rules, and document routing
- Conducting user training and supporting the continuous improvement of VIM processes
