• 6-8 years of experience in SAP modules, including at least two full lifecycle implementations.
• Understanding of SAP Activate Methodology and integration between modules.
• Experience leading workstream activities, configuration, master data development, and client guidance on release strategies.
• Expertise in SAP TRM, with architected solutions for government/public sector organizations.
• Knowledge of data migration, business processes, legislation, and various implementation methodologies.

• Design and deliver SAP TRM solutions, understand business needs, and support project planning and execution.
• Manage client interactions, facilitate workshops, and ensure requirements are captured and addressed.
• Lead or support project deliverables, risk management, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support demo and PoC activities, resource interviews, and process improvements.
• Contribute to practice activities, strategy, recruitment, and mentorship.

• Assist in solution development, application design, and technical architecture evaluation.
• Complete assignments within budget and deadlines, ensure quality, and maintain documentation.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills; ability to explain ideas clearly.

• Maintain positive relationships, mentor team members, and seek continuous improvement and self-development.
