Job Description

SAP Training & Change Manager (Permanent)
Location: Zurich, Switzerland (3 days per week onsite)
Salary: CHF 160,000 per annum + benefits
Employment Type: Permanent

Overview

We are supporting a major business transformation programme and are looking for an experienced SAP Training & Change Manager to drive user adoption, capability building and organisational change across a complex lead-to-order environment.
This is not a role for an SAP functional consultant who has delivered occasional end-user training. We are seeking a genuine Training and Change professional with a proven track record of designing and delivering large-scale business transformation, stakeholder engagement, learning strategies and knowledge transfer programmes.
A key part of this role will involve supporting business processes spanning Salesforce, SAP SD/Order-to-Cash, logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring end-users are equipped to operate effectively within the new target environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall training and change management strategy for business transformation initiatives.
  • Create training frameworks, learning journeys and adoption plans for impacted user communities.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments and readiness activities.
  • Design and deliver training materials including instructor-led training, workshops, E-learning content, process guides and user documentation.
  • Lead organisational change initiatives to drive user engagement and adoption.
  • Work closely with business leaders, SMEs and project teams to identify training needs and change requirements.
  • Coordinate and manage training delivery across multiple workstreams and business functions.
  • Develop knowledge transfer plans to ensure sustainable capability within the business.
  • Measure training effectiveness and user adoption through KPIs and feedback mechanisms.
  • Support go-live activities, hypercare and post-implementation learning initiatives.

Required Experience

  • Proven experience as a Training Manager, Learning & Development Manager, Change Manager, or Training & Change Lead within large-scale transformation programmes.
  • Strong background in training development, training delivery and organisational change management.
  • Experience supporting enterprise platform implementations involving SAP and Salesforce.
  • Good understanding of SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) and Order-to-Cash (OTC) business processes.
  • Experience working across Salesforce lead-to-order processes and related customer-facing workflows.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across both business and technical teams.
  • Experience creating comprehensive training materials, knowledge transfer frameworks and adoption plans.
  • Proven ability to influence users and drive behavioural change.

Highly Desirable

  • Salesforce transformation or CRM implementation experience.
  • Exposure to logistics, supply chain, fulfilment or distribution processes.
  • Experience supporting integrated environments involving multiple business applications.
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR or similar.
  • Experience within manufacturing, retail, consumer goods or complex distribution environments.

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will be a dedicated Training and Change professional who understands how to successfully drive user adoption during business transformation. They will combine strong learning and development expertise with a practical understanding of Salesforce, SAP SD/OTC processes and wider operational business processes.
This role would suit someone who has led training and change programmes across complex, cross-functional environments and can confidently engage stakeholders from end-users through to senior leadership.
