Are you an experienced SAP lead with a passion for integration and global transformation? Join a TPM Upgrade Program Team and play a key role in designing and delivering cutting-edge SAP and integration solutions that enable end-to-end Trade Promotion Management (TPM) processes across markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the technical design and integration architecture for the TPM solution, ensuring compliance with the S/4HANA migration program.
• Lead the delivery of SAP and integration components.
• Oversee third-party vendors and system integrators to ensure high-quality design, build, and deployment.
• Translate functional requirements into SAP and integration specifications.
• Ensure system reliability, security, and scalability through proactive governance and IT policy compliance.
• Manage interfaces between TPM, SAP ECC/S4, BI platforms, and other corporate systems for seamless data flow.
• Provide oversight during design, testing, deployment, and hypercare phases.

• 10+ years of experience in SAP implementation and integration projects, ideally in FMCG or similar industries.
• Strong expertise in SAP TPM, SD/MM, and FI/CO integration points.
• Experience in system integrations (Middleware, APIs, ETL, data synchronization).
• Proven track record in large-scale global transformation programs.
• Strong vendor management and project delivery skills.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business stakeholders.
• Experince with SAP CPI is preferred.
