SAP TM Consultant

*SAP TM Functional Consultant - Hybrid - Poland*

For our international client, RED is currently looking for an experienced SAP Transportation Management (TM) Functional Consultant to join an exciting global logistics transformation program.

The consultant is expected to start as soon as possible on an initial 6-month contract, with the potential for extension.

The position is hybrid, requiring on-site presence in Poland.

Desired Skills:

. Minimum 8-10 years' experience as an SAP TM Functional Consultant.
. Strong hands-on experience in transportation planning, execution, and freight settlement within SAP TM.
. Proven ability to configure SAP TM modules, including planning, execution, and freight costing.
. Experience integrating SAP TM with SAP ECC/S4HANA and external logistics systems.
. Skilled in incident resolution, change request deployment, and root cause analysis for SAP TM issues.
. Ability to analyze transportation requirements, optimize routing and carrier selection, and support tendering processes.
. Experience working on freight cost calculation, contracts, and rate management.
. Strong understanding of end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations.
. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across business and IT teams.
. Fluent in English; other European languages are an advantage.
