SAP Systems Engineer

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday Days and Nights (Onsite) + 1 in 3 Sundays

We're seeking a SAP Systems Engineer to join our fast-paced Warehouse, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving performance through real-time system monitoring and process optimisation.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Manage order release into the warehouse pick environment
• Monitor and troubleshoot Wave Management and replenishment processes
• Coordinate pick sequencing and outbound dispatch
• Handle emergency orders and route progress queries
• Produce ad hoc reports and elevate issues as needed
• Oversee planning of warehouse orders to meet departure times
• Document shift performance through hourly and daily reports
• Coordinate customer requests, cancellations, and order modifications
• Plan for scheduled downtime and assess operational impact
• Liaise with internal and external vendors to resolve issues
• Identify and implement operational improvements

What We Are Looking For:

• 3-4 years' experience in process engineering or warehouse systems
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or pharmaceutical sectors
• Extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA, SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management), WMS (Warehouse Management System)
