For a client project, we are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant (m/f/d) -
Recruiting & Onboarding 2.0 - January 2026

Task:

  • Consulting/Workstream Lead for SAP SF Recruiting & Onboarding 2.0

  • Design, implementation and configuration

  • Definition of functional interfaces - Recruiting & Onboarding

  • Leading workshops, requirements management

Requirements:

  • Many years of project experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding

  • Experience as a Recruiting & Onboarding consultant, project manager or stream lead

  • Hands-on experience in design, configuration, implementation and SAP SF Recruiting & Onboarding

Project Language: French and English

Start: January 15, 2026
Duration: 8 months
Workload: 4-5 days per week
Remote: 100%
