SAP SuccessFactors EC Lead (SC Cleared)

A UK client of ours is currently looking for an SAP SuccessFactors EC Lead.

Responsibilities:

• This person must be SC Cleared.

• Lead client-facing workshops to gather and validate business requirements

• Own and drive configuration activities within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

• Provide expert guidance on EC best practices and design decisions

• Support and advise during UAT execution and issue resolution

• Collaborate with the project team to prepare for Final Data Reconciliation (FDR) and Go-Live

• Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solution alignment

• Deliver documentation, knowledge transfer, and cutover planning support as needed
