SAP SuccessFactors Data Migration Consultant

RED Global are hiring for a SAP SF Data Migration Consultant (Employee Central) to join a large-scale international HR transformation programme.

The role will focus on supporting multiple migration waves, executing end-to-end Employee Central data migration activities, and ensuring successful delivery across testing and cutover phases.

Project details:

• Role: SAP SuccessFactors Data Migration Consultant
• Contract length: 12 month contract + potential extension
• Location: Europe (Fully remote)

Key Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end data migration activities across the full ETL life cycle (Extraction, Transformation & Loading)
• Extract employee and organisational data from source systems using SuccessFactors reporting and extraction tools
• Perform data loads into Employee Central using standard import templates and mass upload processes
• Support SIT, UAT, cutover, and deployment migration cycles
• Manage migration tracking activities, data validation, reconciliation, and defect resolution
• Work closely with functional teams and migration leads to ensure data quality and successful delivery across multiple programme waves

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) experience
• Valid SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification (essential)
• Proven SuccessFactors implementation experience
• Solid background in EC data migration and reporting
• Hands-on experience with Infoporter and/or BIB Replication (essential)
• Strong understanding of data mapping, transformation logic, validation, and reconciliation activities
