SAP SuccessFactors Consultants

For one of our global clients, we are currently looking for experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultants with strong skills in one of the submodules.

Job details:

• Role: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant
• Location: Highly preferred to have hybrid work with one day in the office in Lisbon, Braga or Coimbra
• Full time
• Start date: ASAP
• Duration: 6-12 months + extension

Scope:

• Analyze current time management and absence processes
• Advise on best practices and solution design within SAP SuccessFactors
• Lead or support end-to-end implementation activities
• Conduct workshops (remote and occasional onsite sessions)
• Configure and test the solution
• Support integration discussions (if applicable)
• Assist during deployment and post-go-live support

Skills:

• Minimum 3-5 years of strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors
• Proven experience in one of the SuccessFactors areas ( Employee Central, Time Tracking, Learning, Recruiting, Reporting, Integration, Data Migration
• Strong configuration skills in SuccessFactors
• At least one full end-to-end implementation experience in one of the modules defined above.
• Fluent in English and/or Portuguese
