SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (m,f,d) - Performance & Goals - 100%

Project: For an ongoing SAP SuccessFactors Programme, we are looking for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to support daily operations and the rollout of key HR modules.

The project includes Performance Management and Goals, Succession Management and a planned implementation from February 2027.

Tasks:

• Support the daily operation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central in line with agreed SLAs
• Support the rollout of Performance Management and Goals and Succession Management
• Support the implementation of the Compensation module planned from February 2027
• Advise HR departments and other stakeholders on SAP SuccessFactors solutions
• Analyse business and technical requirements and support their implementation
• Monitor and troubleshoot interfaces between SAP SuccessFactors and other systems
• Provide second- and third-level application support
• Analyse and resolve incidents and system issues
• Monitor HR data flows and replication interfaces to other SAP systems
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, the software provider and external implementation partners

Required Skills & Experience:

• At least five years of project experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors
• Practical application support experience with SAP SuccessFactors
• Strong experience with Employee Central
• Experience with Performance Management and Goals
• Experience with the Compensation module
• Technical knowledge of SuccessFactors configuration, interfaces and end-to-end integration
• Experience with requirements management and test management
• Ability to translate business and technical requirements into effective SuccessFactors solutions
• Degree in business administration, business informatics or an equivalent professional qualification
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented approach

Nice to have:

• Experience with SuccessFactors Succession Management
• Experience supporting further SuccessFactors module implementations
• Experience working on cloud implementation projects

Languages:

• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• German advantageous
• Spanish advantageous
