We are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors ECP Consultant to optimise and implement HCM solutions for a leading global customer in the Retail industry.

Permanent role offering an excellent salary package, remote working, can be employed anywhere across the EU, immediate start.

Key responsibilities include:

• Consult, design, and implement SAP SuccessFactors/SAP HCM PY
• Provide SAP SuccessFactors/SAP HCM Payroll modules and integration to systems advice to customers
• Analyse and optimise of business processes
• Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors/SAP HCM Payroll systems
• Test, Quality Assurance, and Bug Fixing
• Training courses and workshops
• Presales activities

Key experience required:

• Proven experience working with SAP SuccessFactors ECP, delivering large implementations
• Experienced working with SAP HCM
• Integration experience with other SAP modules
• Ability to program and customise SAP HCM solutions
• German/Deutsch and English speaking
