SAP SuccessFactors Consultant - Permanent!

Location: United Kingdom.

This role involves supporting and leading SAP SuccessFactors implementations, providing ongoing support and guidance to clients across a range of modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support implementation projects of SAP SuccessFactors in at least one module.
• Provide client support, guidance and influence to drive change impacts and build networks within the business.
• Manage and deliver multiple priorities within constrained timelines.
• Analyze cause and effect relationships to solve complex problems and propose alternate solutions.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven and recent experience in supporting or leading an implementation of SAP SuccessFactors in at least one module.
• Certification in at least one SAP SuccessFactors module (ideally Employee Central, Recruitment or Performance & Goals).
• Flexibility to travel up to client sites when required.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Self driven, motivated and results oriented attitude.
