Bring your expertise in SAP ECP to a key role near London Bridge, with the flexibility of remote work. Support end-to-end payroll implementations, optimize processes, and ensure UK compliance in a dynamic environment.

Required Skills:

10-12 years in SAP Payroll, 3-5 years of full life cycle SAP ECP projects
Strong configuration, schema, and rule development experience
Knowledge of payroll cycles, wage types, hiring/termination, benefits
Familiar with Employee Central fundamentals, data maintenance, time management, RBPs
Experience with replication, field mappings, CPI
UK payroll regulations and complex industry experience (public sector, retail, manufacturing)

Nice to Have:

Additional Employee Central experience
CPI integration skills
Support during go-lives and post-implementation
Extensive SAP ECP implementation history
