SAP Solution Architect (Finance) Hybrid

Required for a one-year fixed term contract, a SAP Solution Architect experienced in SAP Finance solutions, with particular expertise in SAP S/4HANA core finance modules, including financial accounting and controlling; particular experience within manufacturing is an advantage. This role sits in the Finance to Cash workstream, reporting to the workstream lead. This is a hybrid position requiring one week per month on the client's site in Stockholm.

Role:

- The SAP Solution Architect for Finance is responsible for the overall SAP solutions within the finance workstream to ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

- Collaboration with finance stakeholders and project teams to ensure successful deployment and integration of the SAP Finance solution.

- Take ownership of the entire finance solution, including the interface with other process streams (sales, logistics, sourcing etc) ensuring the financial implications are properly captured, integrated, and reported.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain SAP end-to-end solutions for Finance and Controlling.
• Ensure the solution architecture supports multiple geographical regions and legal entities.
• Document the solution architecture in line with given standards.
• Understand the current system landscape and integrations to support the transition.
• Provide expertise for SAP finance solutions.
• Support incident management and provide solutions for technical and functional issues.

Experience:

• Experience from ERP systems and a strong understanding of their integration.
• Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA finance modules.
• Solid experience with SAP implementations and technical proficiency with at least two full-cycle SAP implementations.
• Cross-module expertise to design end-to-end solutions.
• Understanding the interface between Plant Maintenance and Finance, including:
• How maintenance processes impact financial reporting and cost allocation.
• Master data structures such as equipment, functional locations, and cost centers.
• Methods for tracking and analysing across assets and operations.
• Understanding how Sales, Logistics, and Sourcing processes impact financial flows and reporting.
• Knowledge of tax and VAT functionality in SAP.
