Our client, a Consulting Company SAP Partner in the Nordics is looking for an SAP Sales Executive to take charge of their SAP Sales initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to lead from the front as they grow and strengthen their position as the top SAP partner in their domain in the Nordic market.

They specialize in helping businesses elevate their customer engagement strategies through advanced technology. They're a respected brand already trusted by enterprise clients and known for delivering high-impact digital transformation projects, allowing you to build credibility with prospects, leading to shorter sales cycles. You'll sell into a geographically diverse client base while working alongside SAP veterans and former technical experts in a flexible, location-agnostic setup, allowing you sell across the Nordics without relocation requirements. As this role reports into the CEO you will have strategic autonomy to build go-to-market approaches, shape offerings, and grow teams.

Requirements:
. Demonstrated success in senior sales leadership positions within the tech or consulting sectors
. In-depth knowledge and experience of selling SAP products and solutions
. Solid commercial understanding, with expertise in sales cycles, customer journey design, and digital transformation strategies
. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of establishing trust and influencing decision-makers across all organizational levels
. Strategic mindset with the ability to convert client needs into tailored, outcome-focused solutions
. Proficient in English and fluent in at least one Nordic language (Finnish, Swedish, Danish or Norwegian)

Responsibilities
. Own and drive sales strategy across the Nordic region
. Build trusted relationships with key customers and decision-makers
. Help develop product positioning, key benefits, and target customers
. Keep a pulse on market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead
. Manage the sales pipeline and deliver accurate forecasts
. Close large-scale contracts and develop strategic partnerships
. Represent the company at key industry events and conferences
. Eventually lead and grow a high-performing sales team focused on enterprise success
