SAP S/4HANA Transformation Architect

We are seeking a SAP S/4HANA Transformation & iSeries Solution Architect to support a major enterprise transformation within a global consumer goods organization. In this role, you will operate at the intersection of Legacy AS400 (IBM i) platforms and modern S/4HANA architecture, ensuring a scalable, stable, and future-ready ERP landscape across global markets.

You will play a key role in designing and guiding the transition from Legacy systems to S/4HANA, while maintaining business continuity and enabling seamless integration across supply chain, commercial, and finance domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design across AS400 (iSeries) and SAP S/4HANA landscapes
• Drive ERP transformation strategy, including migration, data alignment, and process harmonization
• Design hybrid architectures and coexistence models ensuring seamless integration between Legacy and SAP systems
• Translate complex business needs into scalable, standardized technical solutions across platforms
• Oversee integration strategies (APIs, Middleware, EDI) to enable efficient cross-system data flows
• Provide architectural governance and guide teams across delivery phases (design, build, testing, deployment)

Must-Have

• 8+ years in enterprise IT with strong experience in AS400 (IBM i) and SAP environments
• Proven track record as a Solution Architect in complex ERP or transformation programs
• Hands-on experience with iSeries technologies (eg, RPGLE, CLLE, DB2/400)
• Strong exposure to SAP S/4HANA and integration with Legacy systems
• Solid understanding of core business processes (Order-to-Cash, Supply Chain, Finance)
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate technical concepts into business language

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in consumer goods, retail, or manufacturing industries
• Exposure to global ERP transformation programs and multi-region landscapes
• Knowledge of SAP integration tools (eg, CPI, PI/PO) or similar Middleware
• Familiarity with cloud architectures and modern integration patterns
• SAP certifications (S/4HANA, Solution Architecture)
• Experience in large-scale, hybrid IT environments
